The health of our employees and customers is of primary importance to M’s Ville Apartments. We seek to maintain a healthy and safe environment as possible during these unforeseeable times.

We encourage you to review the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website for the latest information about COVID-19. Below are the comprehensive protocols and procedures we have put in place. 

We have made the following changes to our COVID-19 protocols:

• Fully vaccinated guests and service professionals are no longer required to wear masks or social distance. 
• Unvaccinated guests should still wear masks and practice social distancing. 
• Unvaccinated service professionals must still wear masks. 

Thank you for your mutual commitment to the health of our community. 

*Please note that "fully vaccinated" means it has been two weeks since a person received the second dose. All service professionals must provide proof of vaccination in order to not wear a mask at work.

The health and safety of our guests and services professionals is our primary objective.

Surface Areas

Throughout our building, M's Ville Apartments has increased its already-rigorous cleaning protocols. Surfaces are thoroughly treated with hospital-grade disinfectants and cleanings are conducted with increased frequency.

Guest Contact

All medical advise, including that from the CDC and WHO, states that direct, person-to-person contact is the primary way COVID-19 spreads. To help prevent risk of transmission in this way, M's Ville Apartments implemented the following protocols:

1. Placed signage in its lobbies reminding non-vaccinated guests to maintain physical distancing protocols (at least six feet)
2. Masks and gloves are readily available for hotel guests
3. Installed additional hand-sanitizing station at the entrance of our building

Physical Distancing

Unvaccinated guests are advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people not traveling with them around the property. 

Housekeeping

Limited housekeeping services are offered daily and include daily trash removal and refresh of towels and beds. Full housekeeping services are provided every three days. Industry-leading cleaning and sanitizing protocols are used to clean guest rooms, with particular attention paid to high-touch items including television remote controls, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, water faucet handles, nightstands, telephones, in-room control panels, light switches, and flooring. 

The role M's Ville Apartments service professionals play is vital for an effective sanitation, health and program.

Hand Washing

Proper hygiene and frequent handwashing with soap is vital in helping to combat the spread of virus. All service professionals are instructed to wash their hands for 20 seconds, or use sanitizer when a sink is not available, every 60 minutes and after any of the following activities: using the restroom, sneezing, touching the face, blowing the nose, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, smoking, eating, drinking, entering, going on and returning from break, and before or after starting a shift. 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Appropriate PPE is worn by non-vaccinated service professionals and in adherence to local regulations and guidance. Training on how to properly use and dispose of all PPE is mandatory. Every non-vaccinated service professional entering the property is provided a mask and required to wear that mask while on property. 

M's Ville Apartments will use cleaning products and protocols which meet CDC/EPA guidelines, and are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. 

Public Spaces and Communal Areas

The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing is increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent-contact surfaces including, but not limited to, front desk check-in counter, door handles, room keys and locks, stair handrail, public bathroom, laundry station, and roof garden area. 

Guest Rooms
